The location of the hotel was good and magnificent - at a medium distance from Museo della Mandorla di Avola. Moreover, a bus stop was close to the property. The staff were all welcoming, and the room was fairly quiet and bright on the 1st piano.

It was surprisingly spacious and the family who run the business are very helpful and friendly. It is handy to buses, shopping and the beach is a comfortable walk. If you are prepared to walk around the town there are many reasonably priced eating and drinking venues with friendly locals to serve you. We would stay again!

The best about this b&b is that it is an excellent hub for the whole Syracuse area. It is centrally between the city of Syracuse (20km) and place like Noto (9km), Modica and Ragusa. After having visited one of these places, and you are exhausted of strolling around, you can relax at walking distance at Avola beach or 5 minutes by car Noto beach. For us, having a baby these are perfect beaches to "practise" with the baby. This family B&B (a picture of grandmother Nonna Nina is hanging at the entrance), gives you the feeling to be part of their family, when we left it was like we knew them already for years. They are very hospital, warm and no-nonsense, the home-made pastry like nut-pie that we got served every morning at breakfast was delicious. Also the home made Granite with almonds was excellent (I got addicted). A pity that just when we arrived, the roof-garden was destroyed by a terrible storm, but they are restoring this to be used within short. To make it short, really a very possitive experience..Grazie!!
Small thing, the liveliness at night time sometimes was a bit too much, but maybe that is because we live on the country side and not used anymore to any noise.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotless and kept clean every day, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. The breakfast spread was amazing, with different cakes every day and a nice variety of food to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, bus stop, and city center. our stay at this hotel was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping service and amenities that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay.

Very hard to find, according to our gps this street doesn't exist. We found it luckily by accident after making city rounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and spacious room. No view from the window, just a street corner but a market Sisa is just opposite what is good. Bathoroom is common at the corridor, interestingly designed, but with not very nice tub to have a shower in it... Tasty, varied breakfast what is not very usual in Sicilian B&Bs. Along the lungomare there is a lot of paninotecas, we haven't seen nowhere so many of them. A lot to choose to make your own panini: diferent meets, salsiccia, vegs, really tasty. Recommended.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this amazing B&B! The staff were super friendly and the service was top-notch. The rooms were stunning, especially the jaw-dropping bathrooms. The breakfast spread was out of this world, with different cakes every day and a wide variety of delicious food options. I loved having unlimited access to espresso and tea. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. The off-site car park was really helpful and the 24-hour reception and security made me feel safe and secure. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. my stay here was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone!
